Help for Ambrozi Contracting estimators using the airfield bidding platform. Signed-in users can log defects directly in the acceptance testing log inside the app.
Can't sign in
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page to receive a reset email, or “Resend confirmation” if you never confirmed your address. If neither email arrives within a few minutes, check spam, then ask an administrator to confirm your account exists.
Report a bug or a wrong number
Sign in and open the UAT page to record the issue with the affected area and severity. Include the project name and the line item so an estimator can reproduce it. High severity entries appear on the launch readiness panel until they are resolved.
Upload and estimate limits
Documents must be PDFs up to 25 MB each. AI estimates read the text layer of the documents attached to a project, so scanned pages without searchable text produce thin results — attach a text-based PDF where possible.
Data export
Administrators can pull a complete JSON or CSV copy of every project, estimate and line item from the Data export page at any time.
