Privacy Policy

Account details you provide (name, email address, password credentials handled by our authentication provider), the bid projects and estimates you create, the RFP and specification documents you upload, and routine technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Data is used solely to run the estimating workflow: storing your projects, generating draft cost breakdowns, producing proposal exports, and administering user access. We do not sell data, and we do not use your bid content for advertising.

When you request an AI estimate, text extracted from the documents attached to that project is sent to our AI provider to produce a draft line-item breakdown. Generated output is a draft only and is always reviewed by an estimator before submission.

Records are stored in a dedicated database owned by Ambrozi Contracting. Row-level security restricts every record to the accounts entitled to it, uploaded documents are held in a private bucket reachable only through short-lived signed links, and administrative functions are limited to accounts with the administrator role.

Bid records are retained for as long as the account remains active or as required for contract records. Administrators can export a complete copy of all projects, estimates and line items at any time from the Data export page. To correct or delete your personal details, contact your system administrator.

We rely on infrastructure providers for database hosting, authentication, file storage and AI inference. They process data on our instructions only, and we share information with no one else except where required by law.
